Jane has embraced the challenge of working full time while engaging in academic studies. After a brief duration at a community college in South Florida, she attended a Women's College in rural Missouri to complete her Associates Degree. Upon graduation she was accepted and attended a university ranked in the top 25 in the world and relocated to South Carolina. In order to stay financially responsible she transferred to an online college to complete her Bachelor's Degree in Science. After a period of leave from academia, she completed her Master's Degree in Business Administration to further her knowledge and understanding of business. Throughout her education she has intentionally studied Leadership Theory, Economics, and Human Resources. Jane is looking forward to using the culmination of her experience and training to better her workplace by providing excellent service to all who she encounters throughout her career.
