My background and experience of 30+ years in portfolio and project management provides a foundation that has allowed me to successfully work with executives to stand-up the PPMO at the University of Idaho and establish a portfolio governance process that provides the University with the right information to make the right decisions on its technology investments. As a leader, I continue to work on various aspects of the operations to help transform our services to better meet our customer needs.
