Act as the technical lead across many initiatives, providing or consulting on the overall test strategy for each major engagement. Determine the complexity for each test area within a test plan and set time-based expectations for test case creation and execution. Enforce consistency, comprehensive coverage, and efficiency across all assignments. SME in the testing needs for applications assigned. Partner with development team and key business stakeholders to understand business needs, technical design, and current or targeted systems architecture. Familiar with all testing aspects of the assigned projects and readily articulate the QA status to superiors and partners at any time during the project lifecycle. Given the domain knowledge, provide input to the sizing and estimation process of future development and/or production support efforts. Significant interaction with offshore testing staff on a daily basis. Provide inputs to offshore/onshore resource planning and allocation to projects assigned.

Responsibilities include defining clinical interventions in a concise manner, and working as a liaison between the Solutions Designer and the development organizations.

Test Lead for the Corporate Division and Mobile Devices of Motorola. This division created the cell phones and any mobile devices. This project automated the IT processes by utilizing Mercury HP’s Project and Portfolio Management Center. This is software configured to create an end-to-end project management tool with monitoring and control capabilities. This integrated two instances into one new instance of the tool.

Participated lead Business Analyst projects to replace the legacy/mainframe inventory system to a new inventory IFS MRP/Material Resource Planning/ERP system. This is an Oracle based inventory planning application supporting the supporting the material planners and finance department. Assigned as Lead BA for replacing all the inventory and finance critical reports utilizing Business Objects. This project integrated the East and West organization to utilize one application, which involved data conversion, customized web interfaces and other interfaces to many systems. The systems supported included all the financial and manufacturing clients.
