Jane has over 20 years’ experience in health and care. As an ILM qualified executive coach she provides support and development to leaders and teams. She maintains her social work registration and is proud of her clinical and operational experience at the forefront of innovation in mental health and community health services. With her background in improvement science and organisational development she has worked across the public sector, with non-profit organisations and CICs, including time with the NHS Leadership Academy. As an accomplished facilitator, Jane is adept at supporting Boards and Leadership Teams to set direction, successfully resource themselves and provide effective leadership in today’s complex and uncertain environment. Her passion is to develop ways of working that improve quality through a drive to deliver purpose; increase effectiveness with strengthened autonomy; and enhance engagement and wellbeing by utilising the whole person in their work. Jane has a special interest in designing and building communities of practice and learning networks that engage people in deep focused discovery and connect diverse thinking across boundaries to generate innovation. She founded the Co-creation Network for the NHS Leadership Academy in Yorkshire & the Humber and convenes the Health Foundation’s Q Group, Reimaging Health and Care. Jane was a fellow of the RSA and is member of international networks and communities that focus on next stage organisations and ways of working.Jane occasionally covers interim roles and is an experienced leader, manager and practitioner. Her experience spans the health & social care sector, criminal justice, civil service and education. She has worked with regional and national bodies such as the NHS leadership Academy, AHSNs and NHSIQ. She is a qualified project manager, seasoned manager and registered social worker with significant experience of leading complex improvement and change programmes.
