And Wimmera Hills Winery won silver for their delicious shiraz.

The EDRMS & Enterprise Search project is in the business requirements phase. My role is to document the Business Requirements Specification. I feel a necessary of this work is to encourage a broad understanding of EDRMS and the benefits that can be realised across the organisation. To meet these goals I am conducting a large number of workshops to gather the business requirements, which also has dual role of educating future users. I encourage the workshop participants to express what a project success will look like for them. Not only does this ensure that the BRS document has a focus on critical business outcomes, it enables to workshop participants to become engaged with the project.
