Originally recruited as an HR Administrator, I was promoted within a year to HR Advisor before progressing to HR Business Partner, reporting to the HR Manager. The HR team including learning and development was 10. My client group covered approx. 120 people and covered the following business areas: Environmental, Health Safety and Quality, Engineering, Project teams, Waste Management and Operations. Bradwell was selected for accelerated decommissioning, significantly reducing the project delivery time. At the project peak 900 staff and contractors were on site.
