My Current Role:- Maintaining and extending the impact of Young Enterprise in an assigned geographic area by marketing, promoting and selling to new and existing customers.- Working in schools, colleges and educational support centres empowering young people - in education, in work, in life.’ Having an impact on a young person’s understanding and thoughts on the world of work, responsibility, respect, teamwork, communication and problem solving, all relevant to their daily lives. - Designing new programmes to suit particular audiences; students with learning difficulties and disabilities, excluded students, mainstream key stage 3 and 4 students, young adult learners BTEC/Diploma and A Level. Audience size varies from one-to-one to 240. Cohort ages range from 5 years to adult.- Staff training; new and existing staff. New programmes and classroom management- Delivering and creating inspirational programmes - accountable for the delivery of all Young Enterprise day programmes in North and Mid Herts area- Sourcing business volunteers - Identifying, recruiting and training volunteer business advisors and local volunteer Board members from both corporate and community sources.- Proactively identifying and generating sources of local income- Managing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators
