ELSA Next Generation—Education, Learning, Skills, and Achievement, is a dedicated Community Interest Company committed to empowering young people across Hertfordshire and North London. We specialise in delivering tailored educational programmes that meet the diverse needs of students in a variety of settings, including mainstream schools, institutions supporting students with social, emotional, or mental health needs, centres for those who are excluded or self-excluded, and settings assisting young people with neurological and physical impairments. We also work closely with children in care and care leavers, ensuring they receive the support and opportunities they need to succeed. As a proud Professional Partner of the Hertfordshire Virtual School, ELSA Next Generation aims to engage every young person we encounter, helping them develop the skills and knowledge that employers value. Our mission is to bridge the gap between education and employment, preparing students not just for their next steps in life, but for lifelong success.
