Northwest Software is the pioneering and leading developer of event fundraising software in the United States. In this role I put my event and technological skills to work helping nonprofit organizations utilize the Tracker Series applications to effectively manage their fundraising events.

• Work closely with leadership team and board to address program funding needs and create opportunities to attract major donor, corporate, foundation and in-kind support.
• Event planning: golf tournaments, bowl-a-thons, dinner auctions, concerts and bazaars.
• Volunteer coordination of individuals, committees and groups of 100.
• Agency media coordination: Web site, brochures, newsletters, video and radio scripting, press releases, event promotion materials and annual report.

• Overall coordination of human resource programs including: payroll processing, federal tax, labor and industries, unemployment, new employee orientation, employee morale and communication and safety and emergency.
• Supervision of general office duties: reception, telephones, receivables, mail, record retention, data entry and supply/service purchasing.
• Point person for information technology and network troubleshooting.
• Coordinate volunteer and vendor activities in facilities maintenance.

• Assist adults with varying disabilities while they achieve independence in community based employment.
