Coordinating set up and implementation of Tearfund's response in the Central African Republic (partnerships and direct operational programme), from initial needs assessment planning to ongoing programming and partnership development. This included developing funding proposals (ECHO, OFDA, UN agencies and others), recruitment of expatriate staff, grant.

Working with partners in the Sahel region of West Africa (Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger and Chad). Coordinating Tearfund's Sahel appeal - strategic and budget management.
