By working closely with departmental Subject Matter Experts, managers and other team members I get a real-world view of CR’s unique products and this ensures that the content I create improves client and customer outcomes. Drawing from my background in sales, marketing, training, facilitation and creative execution, helps me think laterally about the user experience. With a global network of multi-lingual learners, the requirements to think differently about the modalities and messaging within the product training environment is a core part of my role.
