I have more than 20 years of experience working in marketing and business development. Since 2015, I worked at NB Private Private Capital as Vice President of Marketing before transitioning into the rebranding of the company as Vice President of Public Relations for Versity Investments. I was instrumental in improving systems and procedures by creating and developing content for marketing materials, overseeing work and quality control of graphic designers, coordinating property tours, seminars, events, and participation in conferences, and planning topics with investor relations for weekly and monthly webinars. I am now an Account Manager for Spotlight Marketing Communications creating news items, press releases and promoting clients through speaking engagements, trade shows and conferences. I was awarded Commercial Real Estate Marketing Influencer for 2020 from GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum, and I was a finalist for Commercial Real Estate Woman of the Year in 2019. Previously, I was Marketing Coordinator at Nelson Brothers Professional Real Estate, where I obtained $50M+ in refinancing, loan acquisitions, and land development and reduced printing costs by 50% with new vendor negotiations.
