Ranch Facility.Worked with Film, TV and Commercial and still shoot location managers and sending out PR to inform them of the locations available at the Warner Bros. Ranch facility as well as photographs and rates. Toured the ranch with the location managers, directors, photographers to show them 'in person' what their shoot could use based on their needs.Juggled dates and locations with the productions to get them their best opportunities and working with other productions.Communicated with the various departments (Security, Electrical, Plumbing, Air Conditioning, Catering and First Aid, Grip and Set Lighting, Special Effects and Gardening) to let them know about the upcoming productions and the paperwork to keep them updated on the production needs)Did weekly payroll for the laborer that went to the Labor Department and Transportation Dept.Worked on contracts between the 3rd party clients renting stages and backlot and Warner Bros. based on the paperwork they were required to complete. Worked with constant Contact getting the events into the format and sending out to the members.Working with the various Hollywood Heritage presidents in getting the correct information and artwork.Distributed printed flyers of the upcoming programs to various theaters, movie/video stores, book stores as well.Send PR to list i created of emails of TV, Radio, Newspaper, Magazines that would put the information out on their websites/papers etc. Sent the PR also to self made list of School contacts, USC, UCLA and other film schools professors that could inform their students. The lists i would keep updated as often the contacts would change.

Working with Paralegals typing up reports on the rights Columbia had for various films. (These reports were usually for films that Columbia was going to put out through Columbia Home Video). The Legal Rights Clearance Reports listed all the film credits, and what was needed to be on the video as well as what rights the director, writers, stars had to their images associated with the film.Worked with Columbia Legal Library and files. Answering telephones.

Started as Statistical Typist - Features and TV Accounting, Moved to Music Dept in April 1982.Worked with Music Editors for features and Television typing Composer Music notes as the Music Editor dictated, which would be sent off to the composer to assist them in the composing for the TV or movie for which they would write the background score. Typed up Music Cue Sheets which lists all of the compositions their length and how they were heard in the TV show episode or feature.Typed up Musician's Union Payroll reports which went to the union based on the W-4 and hours worked and instruments played etc.Kept up the Music library of sheet music, composer books (the scores were put into binders based on the production number).Worked with copyists making sure they were informed when music would be coming in from the composers.In Feature and TV Accounting typed up many estimates and reports for Features and Television with may columns and listings.
