-Support the Project Manager in overseeing every stage of a project, encompassing planning, conceptualization, construction, fixtures & equipment, technological integration, and final occupancy.-Create project status updates, handle purchase orders, maintain tracking reports, and organize files for all construction and closeout documentation.-Accountable for handling and executing Project & Development Services to fulfill client objectives and aspirations.-Maintain client engagement by setting and achieving performance goals, delivering on commitments, generating reports, and offering value-added services.-Examine design documents and construction scopes, and compile project budgets and schedules.-Ensure all project participants understand project goals, assumptions, constraints, and deliverables.

-Create a safe, and joyful environment for guests. -Oversee the prevention and resolutions of incidents by investigation, strategy, and tactics. -Conduct and lead internal investigations. -Create partnerships within local community.

-Understand business reporting, operational chance, and guest insights to help improve opportunity areas.-Engage in consistent and meaningful developmental conversations with team members to drive results.-Partner with Vendors to establish effective results.-Complete and assist with Visual Merchandising sets with various products such as clothing, cosmetics, and electronic items.

-Educate teams while holding accountable to work ethically, safely, and by compliance. -Create a scheduling plan based off of sales, business workload, and guest traffic. -Guide leaders through developing their team members by helping with positive, and negative performance conversations.-Manage leaders to follow up on training completion and understanding of training.

-Manage The University of Central Missouri’s events; speak with event creators to ensure quality events. -Balance event times appropriately. -Work as a team with other CEMs to create equal teamwork.

-Guide and educate prospective students and visitors throughout campus, while creating personal connections.

-Managed appointments with main Event Planner. -Scheduled reservations for customers, maintained facilities.-Catered to the needs of events and guests.
