Having had first hand experience of caring for my Father with dementia and who sadly passed away in 2009. Feeling passionate in my desire to help others in caring for their loved ones with this terrible disease, I formed Aspire Training in honour of him tutoring Massage to Nursing/Caring staff working with Geriatrics suffering from this. This is a family business run also with my cousin Lynn Spires who brings to this business a Masters degree in health care and years of NHS experience in the caring industry. Together with my years of Massage skill and Tutoring, we aim to help those in the caring industry to understand the disease, promote Dignity, Communications skills, and general awareness and the power of 'Touch' through Hand massage. I am very proud to be working with Dr Sophie Edwards and her team, who is a Consultant Geriatric doctor at the North Middlesex Hospital

Having spent years working in the Banking industry on a busy and stressful Trading floor, I quickly learnt, from first hand experience, how stress can affect our daily lives. Being a keen Sports enthusiast for some 30 years from Martial Arts, Water skiing, Weight Training, Running and competing as a Triathlete, I became interested in Sports Massage having had regular massage myself. I now run a successful Sports and Remedial Massage business working from Home in Stondon Massey, at the Wanstead Health and Fitness Studio gym in Wanstead and visiting Clients in their homes. Massage is a great way to de-stress, help reduce injury, re-align muscular structure and detoxification of lactic acid build up through exercise.
