Oversee San Diego Inflight Base Operations

Represented and maintained the values of Virgin America and the InFlight team. Provided consistent and supportive guidance and training to InFlight Trainees and line ITMs while supporting the goals of InFlight Leadership and Virgin America. In the ATS role we ncrease and maintain the skill and confidence level of ITMs by utilizing a variety of techniques, tools, and venues. Ensure InFlight Trainees and line ITMs effectively and efficiently maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, Virgin America values, policies and procedures, and provide the highest level of service that is promised to and expected by our Guests. These goals were achieved through providing Service Training, Cabin Audits, Service Audits, Observation / Assistance Flights, Initial Operating Experiences for the Inflight Teammatesat Virgin America

Responsible for the direct coaching, support and evaluation of Operations Control Center InFlight Lead Supervisors, InFlight Base Supervisors, and Air Transportation Supervisors managing cost performance against assigned budgets, and report and explain on variances.Serve as point person for Director of InFlight during irregular operations, proactively resolving teammate and operational issues Responsible for the direct supervision of ITMs and ITLs with respect to adherence to all applicable duties delineated in Virgin America’s manuals Authority to take action, as deemed necessary, to resolve any problems or situations that may compromise safety or service associated with Virgin America’s staff of guests. Authority along with manager Cabin Safety, Regulatory Compliance, to ensure that all ITMs/ITLs act in a safe and guest friendly manner in accordance with Virgin America’s manuals and Guest Services guidelines.Oversee the management and resolution of employee issues in areas such as discipline, complaints, delays and leaves.Support coach the Inflight leadership team and drive improvements in both the guest and employee experienceEnsure that Inflight Teammates (ITMs) and Inflight Team Leaders (ITLs) are competent and qualified with regards to all safety, regulatory, service and communication requirements associated with their assigned duties. Started and administrated a private school (preschool-8th grade) of 450 students and 45 staff. Provided full-spectrum decision-making and leadership in all things pertaining to the daily and long-term functions of the school. Responsible for health and safety of staff and students, resolving conflicts, communication, maintaining high standards of excellence and achievement while meeting and exceeding all state, and district regulatory compliances and ensuring a culture of teamwork, cooperation and quality service.
