Sales Division Supervisor
Current- Manages, trains and grows the Sales Executive Team.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing sales channels.
- Thorough knowledge of department processes and evaluates current sales and profit margins, establishes sales goals and benchmarks and evaluate staff performance.
- Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of sales representatives engaged in promoting and selling a product by phone.
- Works with other departments in enhancing and further developing the training solution.
- Recommends changes to current sales techniques or procedures based on team performance and new selling techniques.
