• Arrange travel and accommodation
• Attend meetings and take minutes
• Organise staff presentations, courses and events
• Produce monthly reports
• Administer department budgets

• Sales of Telecommunications equipment and Network features
• Management of key accounts
• Organise the re-location of all telecoms services to new premises
• End user training on telecommunications equipment and reception etiquette
• Resolving customer complaints/issues
• Collation of monthly sales figures

• P.A to Director/Sales/Administrator
• Maintain electronic diary, full use of e:mail
• Typing of all general correspondence, letters, insurance quotes
• Invoicing of all sales
• Order and costing of stock
• Set up and attend exhibitions
