As the Corporate Services Executive for Melbourne Assessment Prison, a maximum-security prison, and Courts, my portfolio included the prisons Human Resources, Financial budgeting and expenditure, Prision Stores (for prisoners' property and consumables), Prisoner Records and Facility management.In my short term at MAP & Courts my achievements included implementing a project procurement framework, a facility management strategy and developed a business case for Record management. The corporate services team consisted of 53 staff being sworn prison officers, full time and part time VPS members.

Key responsibility was the provision of the Procurement strategy, framework and process and managing the contract, procurement and facilities teams. To ensure the critical supply for ESTA - Triple Zero (000) never faulted. Oversight for Public Private Partnership (PPP) contracts, Mobile Data Network, Metropolitan Mobile Radio and Emergency Alerting System, networks and equipment which provide services between ESTA (Triple zero) and Victoria Police, Ambulance Victoria, Metropolitan Fire Brigade, Country Fire Authority and Victoria State Emergency Service, were transitioned to my management. Agreements including MOU's, operational documents, risk management and Business Continuity and Resilience were all a part of the responsibilities. My responsibilities expanded in March 2016 to include facilities management of the State of Victoria's Triple Zero operational buildings. This included strategic facility space planning and asset management. Furthermore I was responsible in the management of the State's Automated Building Fire Alarms both operationally and commercially.

As the Acting Contract Director on the Public Private Partnership contract the Metropolitan Mobile Radio (MMR), an encrypted radio service used by Victoria Police, Ambulance Victoria and Metropolitan Fire Brigade. My accountabilities included all contract management, stakeholder engagement both government and supplier, financial management and operational performance.

I provided administration for multi agency invoicing, contract variations, risk management, Service Level Agreements, obligations registers. in addition to the financial service payment models and complex contingency budgets.

As the contract analyst for the Emergency Alerting Service (EAS) Public Private’s Partnership Contract, I was responsible for the analysis of the service providers’ operational performance against contractual KPIs. The EAS is a paging service with 40,000 pagers for emergancy service organisations such as Country Fire Authority, ambulance Victoriaand Victoria State Emergency Service volunteer to allow ESTA (triple zero) to contact them for dispatching emergency jobs.
