Ms. Taylor is an experienced corporate attorney with varied transactional experience serving as both legal and business advisor to management with extensive experience advising management on various corporate transactions and contracts, corporate boards on all aspects of corporate governance and complex transactions. Ms. Taylor also has extensive international experience including long term overseas assignments in Asia and Europe. Ms. Taylor was General Counsel of Nanometrics Incorporated (currently named ONTO), a publicly listed company, from July 2015 until its merger with Rudolph Technologies in October 2019. Prior to joining Nanometrics, Ms. Taylor was General Counsel of STATS ChipPAC Ltd, a publicly listed company, for ten years. Prior to joining STATS ChipPAC Ltd, Ms. Taylor was engaged in transactional practices at international law firms in New York, Singapore and London. Ms. Taylor’s previous experience includes transactional work such as cross-border mergers and acquisitions and direct investments, including privatizations (both on the buy and sell sides) as well as multi-jurisdictional offerings of debt and equity securities by issuers. She has acted on behalf of companies, investors or governmental entities in a wide range of industries including electronic component production, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, sugar, palm oil, fish and steel rebar as well as the oil and gas, coal mining, banking and telecommunications industries. Ms. Taylor was admitted to the Bar in New York in 1990 and in Singapore in 2010.
