Project consisted of coordinating all vendor activities at each facility for the client. Vendors included AT&T, Comcast, and Cox. These activities required coordinating the construction specifications, costs, and time required to complete the installation and final turn up of service. Since KinderCare was a childcare provider, they maintained strict requirements to enter their facilities and these requirements had to be communicated to all contractors. Weekly tracking updates were provided to each vendor team using the Smartsheet application. • Worked closely with vendor teams from AT&T, Verizon and CenturyLink to support our corporate clients. All locations dates had to be met since the stores were existing or brand new with scheduled grand opening dates.
