My current area of expertise is in the use of Simulation-Based Education in Health care. I am passionate about helping others learn and getting the best from themselves and I am motivated and driven by the need to keep improving myself, and to share my experience with others.I am a course director for Australian Resuscitation Council ALS Level 1 course and course instructor for ALS 2. I am passionate about resuscitation skills and ensuring that people can safely manage a crisis, working effectively as a team.I was an ordinary board member of the Victorian Simulation Alliance (VSA), a Community of Practice for those passionate about the use of simulation training in health care settings, for 4 years
