Created NIAM kick-off documents, client pre-work and project plan templates to enable a repeatable NIAM implementation process. Established cross-functional NIAM support processes. Trained system engineers, technical project manager peers, support and Quality Assurance organizations how to implement, test and support NIAM. Worked with sales to include appropriate line items for• Led cross-functional team to architect, develop and deploy new ACI/Citrix environment for HHS TIER client deployments. Defined repeatable client deployment process and shared knowledge with Homecare client deployment team. • Managed infrastructure refresh projects for 26 HHS TIER clients and 16 HHS RxConnect clients with interfaces to Pyxis or Omnicell Automated Dispensing Machines.• Developed and implemented repeatable project management and deployment plans with solution quality validation to support New Client, Tool Migration, Hosted Migration, Data Center Migration and EHR Solution upgrade projects.• Mentored TPM’s new to the TPM role or new to Netsmart.• Developed new associate Netsmart terms, project info, contacts and testing documentation to aid in onboarding new hires.
