Develop and update Crystal Reports for Electronic Health Record (EHR) software (Netsmart Avatar), use SharePoint to develop and maintain Intranet website. Pull data using complex SQL queries for inclusion in Executive reports/presentations, provide supporting data for audits and to address specific questions/concerns regarding operations, quality assurance and compliance. Develop and implement internal form/workflow processes using SharePoint and InfoPath. Responsible for development and delivery of employee training materials for the Electronic Health Record and supporting systems.

•Research, write and update process documentation in support of implementation of Clarity Project Management tool.•Create and maintain online content for Sprint Project Lifecycle Optimization website in support of ongoing changes to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).•Research, create and publish user guides for all Information Technology reporting tools and processes.•Complete user testing for roll-out of Sprint 3G products and services.•Create and publish user documentation to accompany the release of 3G products and services to Sprint customers.•Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document processes, procedures, artifacts and deliverables in support of new SDLC.•Collaborate with staff to create, publish and distribute Sprint Technical Style Guide to associates in the Sprint Information Technology association.

Responsible for development, maintenance and publication of Operations reporting using VBA, VB6 and Excel. Also responsible for proofreading and layout of training material updates and preparing reporting documentation for inclusion in state RFPs.
