Analyst, Quality Programs
CurrentLeads the data arm of improvement collaboratives, in which data is submitted from member hospitals to monitor performance. Primary responsibilities are design and specification of data sets, quality measures, analyses and reports; data management and data quality assurance; analysis of data trends; consultative services to hospitals; present program results for publication and member and industry events; end user technical support and training; software QA testing; and technical liaison to vendors. Part of a customer-facing team including statisticians and quality improvement experts running quality program operations. Utilizes data analysis and visualization skills, programming skills, fluency with multiple technology systems and productivity tools, technical writing, problem solving, and frequent customer contact with clinical and research experts.
