CurrentResponsibilities: Security, Infrastructure, Fruit and nut orders, Catering (weekly and special events), OfficeManagement, Proofreading (newsletter, as-needed for various individuals and departments), Receptionist (phonesand “gatekeeping”), Safety Leader, Supporting Human Resources as needed.• Proofreading for organizational newsletter The Chat.• Fields all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner and redirects call to the appropriateindividual or program area.• Trains and schedules employees for back up support on switchboard operations.• Demonstrates exemplary customer service when interacting with members, visitors and vendors.• Provides administrative support/overflow production relief as needed/requested.• Keeps supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.• Maintains a favorable working relationship with colleagues to foster and promote a collaborative workenvironment conducive to maintaining employee morale, productivity and efficiency/effectivenessOFFICE SUPPORT• Coordinates routine administration of office management, including work with vendors/contractors andtenant representatives.• Performs the purchase of office supplies for the staff in accordance with company purchasing policies andbudgetary restrictions.• Responsible for day-to-day office operations such as distributing building access key fobs, processing mail,cleaning/stocking/ordering of supplies for all public areas including kitchen, stock room, etc.• Oversees the security process to include emergency evacuation procedures and internal security operationsand procedure.• Maintains the office to ensure a clean and orderly, positive working environment.• Orders/sets up and clean up weekly luncheons, receptions and special functions.• Receives and sends FedEx, UPS and USP mail shipments.
