Seasonal merchandising for Totes Isotoner in all the local Knoxville area Belk, Dillard's, JCPenney's, & Kohl's stores during October, November, & December. Responsible for working with department managers and visual team to make sure all merchandise is out on the floor and visually appealing to customers.

Work with Belk, Bon Ton, and Macy's Florida accounts to maximize sales, shipments, presentation, and advertising of the Bali, Barely There, Wonderbra, Playtex, Hanes Hosiery, and Champion brands. Responsible for new product placement, advertising co-op spending, sales analysis, forecasting, in depth style analysis, identifying opportunities, and point of sale collateral.Key Results: Total Sales Volume Belk +$35 M

Manage all buying activities for the Pants & Daywear departments in Intimate Apparel with more than $7M in annual sales and manage merchandise flow for 54 stores. Establish and maintain vendor relationships, order merchandise, and complete additional buying responsibilities for some of the departments' most popular items on a weekly basis. Complete Open-to-Buy for all departments each week and create seasonal financial plans.- Create and coordinate print advertising for each season.- Review weekly/monthly reports to identify merchandise for re-ordering or markdowns and create seasonal financial plans.- Maintain on-going communication with all branch locations and executive management to maximize profitability from a buying perspective.- Earned recognition for sales and merchandising efforts as well as creative department displays and advertising campaigns.

Worked in conjunction with the Buyer to perform a variety of responsibilities for two departments with over $14 M in annual sales including:- developing buying and pricing strategies- maintaining vendor relationships; purchasing/distributing merchandise; and monitoring merchandise/order flow- creating and coordinating advertising and promotional events- traveling to New York and regional apparel markets to analyze trends and establish cooperative advertising agreements

Placed in the Children's Buying Division as the Assistant Buyer for Girls ages 7 to 16 after completing the Executive Training Program and was later transferred to the Boys ages 8 to 20 department in December 2000.
