Acting as a Student Administrative Assistant, my role supported the College of Communication & Information Dean's Office administration and staff through my qualities of dependability and adaptability. I am overjoyed to have contributed to CCI's growth and advancement in this role.

As an undergraduate assistant in Chancellor Plowman's office, my role focused around university-wide specialized events. My role contributed to the success of all major events through logistical processes.

I had the honor of being chosen as a volunteer tour guide for the College of Communication and Information at UTK. In this role, I actively contributed to CCI's efforts in recruiting prospective students and dedicated my time to ensure each family that walked into CCI could feel the sense of community and consistent growth that defines our dynamic academic environment.

In my second year overseeing Alpha Omicron Pi's recruitment, I have acquired extensive expertise in recruiting and guiding groups of 250+ women through a week-long preparation process. During the 2023 SEC recruitment, I successfully welcomed 136 new members into the Omicron chapter. This experience has not only honed my personal leadership and people management skills, but has also allowed me to create a sense of belonging amongst our chapter and enhance collaboration amongst members.

Led and guided cohorts of over 250 women through a strategic recruitment process, concurrently educating chapter members on recruitment strategies. The outcome was remarkable, as we successfully welcomed 143 new members in 2022. Emphasizing the power of teamwork, I orchestrated and delegated recruitment events to not only bolster membership numbers but also promote our cherished values.

Led the design, ordering, and distribution of Alpha Omicron Pi clothing and accessories, collaborating seamlessly with top-tier apparel corporations to craft enticing merchandise tailored for our chapter members.

Thriving in a fast-paced environment, I ensured a high-quality customer experience. I maintained an approachable personality to ensure that customers thoroughly enjoyed their dining experience.
