Established a partnerships department by building 20+ member regional leadership councils with high net worth and influential individuals in 5 major markets across the United States. Secured 11 new partnerships with national organizations. Results included $1 million in new revenue and increased in- major market and national profile for the organization. Managed a team of three full- time professionals and worked across all Brady departments with 40+ staff to design and establish partnerships function.

Completed a $14 million capital campaign to add a new building and four new resident partner nonprofit organizations to the campus.

As one of the key executives in this start up organization, I created the development department and function from the ground up in the first year of operations. In addition to establishing and building the fundraising operation for THEARC, I was also a key executive in the development and implementation of the strategic business plan and the marketing and community outreach for THEARC.
