Support 400 employees in Product Development, Product Management and Corporate roles in North America and 350 global IT employees. When working in my original role at DMEa, my team supported 500 employees with a staff of 3. Post Solera acquisition, supported 1,900 with the same number of resources.Accomplishments include:• Implemented Workday and provided management training to all Solera North America locations.• Reduced voluntary turnover by 8% and improved employee satisfaction • In only 3 weeks, hired 750 temporary workers to assist our insurance clients with processing property damage claims after Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. Opened 5 satellite offices to support our clients when the Fort Myers office was temporarily closed due to damage from Hurricane Irma. • Successfully implemented multiple HR and Payroll systems. Each implementation was completed on schedule within 3 months (UltiPro HR & Payroll, Fairsail - Salesforce HR application, Ceridian payroll) • Provided data analysis / due diligence for 2 acquisitions. Provided Solera offer letters to 450 employees and had all signed and returned within 8 days after close of DMEautomotive acquisition.• Consolidated compensation plans - reduced number of plans by 60%• Created processes at DMEautomotive that were adopted across all Solera North American businesses post acquisition.DMEautomotive is the industry leader in science-based, results-driven automotive marketing.DMEautomotive was acquired by Solera Holdings in June 2015.Solera blends digital technologies to manage risk & assets for auto & home.
