National Sales Manager
CurrentI am the National Sales Manager for rareEssence Aromatherapy. I joined rareEssence to launch its gift and specialty division, helping the organization enter new channels and markets. I develop sales programs, hire and maintain a network of sales groups, and scale the sales operations for this rapidly growing brand while also balancing my own revenue targets to facilitate scalable growth of the organization. My passion and belief in the product line drives me to provide high-quality service to our customers and my team members.Our sustainable products include:• Essential Oils• Candles• Room Mists• Body Care• CBD• Perfumes• DiffusersWe currently partner with wholesale distributors, specialty retail, salon, and organic grocers. My customer-facing role enables me to share the insights of our partners with the product teams to help shape development of future products.I am also regularly planning, advancing, attending, and following up on trade shows. I love meeting with customers and our national sales teams to educate them in our products.
