-As a legal assistant at Helton Law Office, I manage data in CRM software and adhere to legal procedures in the writing and discussing of family law communication. I also act as a Public Notary for Helton Law. -As a JustServe.org Specialist for three cities, I maintain website postings for volunteer opportunities and connect organizations with volunteers. -As a Relief Society President I conducted phone interviews, zoom meetings and resolved needs in person. -In my middle school classroom I taught with interactive visual aids while actively listening to my students. In these endeavors, I utilized tools for organization and communication:- Proficiency in Legal CRM Software.- Created presentations with PowerPoint, and developed Excel Spreadsheets and Word documents.- Maintained three websites with visual media and written content. - Prepared invoices with website billing software.- Managed an online calendar and lending library through a piano studio website. - Maintained a website devoted to my visual arts and displayed my work in an online gallery.
