Provide administrative leadership, direction, and oversight to programs designed for court-involved youth referred by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Youth Services. These programs provide detention, assessment, treatment, stabilization and community reentry services for both male and female clients in residential and community based settings. Responsible for monitoring the hiring, training, budget development and maintenance of relationships with regional and state funding sources. Tasked with monitoring the operations of each juvenile justice program including compliance with licensing and accrediting organizations, program design as well as providing administrative supervision of all Program Directors in the juvenile justice cluster. Committed to ensuring the mission, goals and objectives of the agency as well as managing complex budgets, personnel issues, and service delivery needs of youth in care.
