An energetic joint role directing the global Routledge Humanities, Media, and Arts journals programme, as well as the Humanities and Social Science International portfolio. As Editorial Director, I oversaw creative editorial development of the 400-strong global Arts & Humanities journals program under the Routledge imprint. As Regional Director for Africa, I had responsibility for the South African editorial office and for developing the company's quality journals program across all subjects, including co-publishing partnerships. Also provided a keen editorial lead for the company's global South access and author support initiatives. Earned an Informa company award for sustainability initiatives.

Responsible for growth and development of Routledge's Mental Health, Applied Psychology, Public Health & Social Care journals portfolios, characterized by strong partnerships. I also had strategic oversight of the South African and African journals program, forging win-win collaborations.

Oversaw an extensive list of journals across the breadth of the behavioural and health sciences, working closely with books colleagues. Highly successful at acquisitions and partnerships. Founded the now leading Journal of Positive Psychology and Global Public Health.

Oversaw a highly regarded portfolio of ecology and environmental rehabilitation journals and books, working proactively and creatively to commission, build relationships, and optimize impact.

Working directly for the Editorial Director, I took an active role in commissioning, contributing content, synthesizing data, market research, organizing events, and more. Helped to plan for changes in the market for reference works, both online and in print.
