Morning, noon and night I have music and art on the brain! I started AM NOON PM to share the songs and links to videos that were making up the soundtrack of my day. I write live music reviews and a weekly segment on New Releases. I also focus a great deal on music related artwork, with features on album art, concert posters, great photography and fan art, as well as interviews with some amazing artists/graphic designers and music photographers! I am passionate about the St. Louis music scene and supporting musicians, photographers, venues, labels, artists and fellow writers. I've worked with the following companies in directing and maintaining their social media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Blogging, etc.) in order to better connect with customers and develop relationships: Pi Pizzeria, Gringo, Glik's, Indie Mats, Off Broadway, St. Louis Writers Room, Byrd Designer Consignment.

Worked with my husband to build our company which provided Graphic and Web Design services, and Digital Marketing services such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to a variety of small businesses. I assisted in billing and scheduling of clients, prospecting new business and working with vendors,was responsible for keyword entry and SEO copywriting, handled data and product entry for clients websites, and dealt with billing of clients and tracking of invoices.

When I began with the school in 2000 they did not have an art teacher and it was a wonderful experience developing the art curriculum and program from the ground up, aligning with state and federal standards and placing particular emphasis on the elements and principles of art, art history, using a wide variety of media, and art as communication. I enjoyed working with classroom teachers to integrate visual arts throughout the curriculum. I am most proud that I was able to build close relationships with my students based on mutual respect and an emphasis on kindness in the classroom and was attentive to the emotional lives of my students and the importance of art as a means of expression and communication.

Responsibilities included event planning, running author signings, booking music, leading children's story times, handling donations, overseeing advertising for our location and creating a bond with our community. The company eliminated this position in 2000.
