Henriëlla Zorg is a healthcare provider that provides various forms of support at home under the terms of the Social Support Act (known as WMO in Dutch). As a coordinator I am responsible for conducting intakes with new clients in their homes, signaling and flagging potential health risks, ensuring and maintaining quality of customer service, and facilitate training of staff. I also interview candidates for housekeeping positions and conduct performance reviews with individual housekeeping team members. Furthermore I make an effort to stay informed on the latest requirements and developments as set by the Muncipality of The Hague. I enjoy observing trends and 'connecting the dots' in terms of the needs of vulnerable clients and how we can help them as best as possible whilst encouraging independency and autonomy.
