Ms. Russac’s experience includes software sizing, estimation, software measurement programs, benchmarking, training, mentoring & auditing. PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUNDMs. Russac has over 30 years of experience as a programmer, analyst & measurement specialist in software application development & maintenance. She has implemented software development measurement programs & used various software development metrics to recommend business decisions & identify best practices & process improvements in client organizations.Ms. Russac served on IFPUG's Board of Directors as Director of Applied Programs. She also served for several years on IFPUG's Counting Practices Committee & the Communcations and Marketing Committee. As past chair of the Managing Reporting Committee (MRC), she spearheaded the creation of an industry software measurement certification (CSMS).In addition, Ms. Russac authors & presents workshops at companies, professional organizations & conferences, as well as being a featured speaker at conferences. She is a co-author of the book "Certified Function Point Specialist Examination Guide" (July, 2010, Auerbach Publications). As the IFPUG Board Liaison to the MRC, she organized, managed, edited & contributed to the book "The IFPUG Guide to IT and Software Management" (2010, CRC Press).
