Functions as the leader of the hotel’s Sales department. Manage the on-property Sales and Event Management team.Achieve individual booking goals and have responsibility for achieving defined property revenue goals, guest and associate satisfaction. Leads on-property sales functions to build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives. Works closely with cluster leadership and cluster support team, to achieve hotel budget.
