 Conducts physico-chemical, sensory evaluation based on SOP’s Verifies the results conducted by QC Technician and gives disposition based on specifications. Verifies compliance of in-process parameters, report deviation to QC Supervisor and give recommendations Ensures proper maintenance, calibration and usage of all laboratory apparatus and equipment. Keeps abreast of recent methods in food analysis and endeavor to improve present methods. Conducts surveys on warehouse conditions and preserve the wholesomeness of materials stored; monitors the status and condition of non-conforming materials that are quarantined. Monitors and maintains inventory of chemical reagents, glassware and consumable. Monitors the sanitation conditions of all lines and equipment before production; responsible for informing production department in cases of situations that can compromise the quality and wholesomeness of the product Initiates, evaluates and implements productivity initiatives and quality systems. Conducts loading inspection and shelf life monitoring  Keeps and maintains records for future reference Conducts audit on dealers’ warehouses Conducts analyses (%TA, %salt, etc.) required by food service Evaluates all in coming materials, ensures compliance of materials to specification and give disposition. Perform microbiological analyses on finished goods and water samples and give disposition and recommendations. Keep track of Quality Control Department monthly spending Conducts yearly audit as member of the Internal Quality Audit Team
