About Janette Ryan

Jan has over 30 years experience working in Customer Service and Administration in the construction and real estate industries. Her career commenced with H. Troon a major Victorian commercial builder. She refocused her career to Real Estate in 2008 as a Receptionist and quickly moved up to Sales Administrator/Sales Support. In 2010 she became a Property Manager with a portfolio of approximately 240 properties. From 2012 - 2014 Jan worked with MPM Property as their Business Development Manager for all 3 offices, Gold Coast, Ipswich and Mackay. Jan joined Adenbrook Homes Brisbane West as their New Homes and Contracts Administrator in 2014 looking after clients building custom and project homes. An opportunity arose to join Tribeca homes in 2016 looking after permit and council lodgements in both NSW & Queensland. Jan accepted a promotion to Client Liaison and Claims Officer in 2017 and 2018 accepted the role of Building Coordinator Team Leader and is enjoying both the challenges this role is presenting and working closely with fast paced dedicated team.
