Established a 130+ people team in Darwin within a three-month period, for a contractual requirement between Fujitsu Infrastructure Services and the Northern Territory Government.As a senior HR advisor working with the internal HR management, was required to deliver the HR requirements to meet this target. This involved the full recruitment and induction process, managing employee job expectations and queries. Responsible for all the HR processes with the senior operational and business managers.HR was successful in meeting the goal, building a new team from the ground up within a short timeframe. Was required to travel to Darwin multiple times. Received an award of appreciation from the senior Fujitsu management.
