Director Of Product Strategy - Oracle Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace & Hcm Communicate
CurrentResponsible for product strategy activities for Oracle Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace & HCM Communicate products, including: - Support the launch of new products, including Oracle Recruiting Booster and HCM Communicate, from the initial idea, to project planning, documentation, sales GTM, press & analyst promotion, live event promotion/presentation and customer implementation success- Present Oracle solutions and customer success at conferences and user group meetings, including generating session content and coordinating customer and partner co-speakers- Design sales programs & promotions, working collaboratively to create enablement materials and deliver training in live, virtual, on-demand and documentation formats to global audiences- Prioritize & plan critical demo features, working with demo support teams to build engaging, easy-to-use demo flows to support pre-sales activities- Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting, working across development, QA, product managers, sales teams and demo engineering to deliver positive outcomes- Facilitate customer advisory boards, feedback programs, and manage enhancement requests to continually be the voice of the customer in the feature planning process, helping product managers and developers create features that truly matter to users- Deliver regular product update webinars, office hours, and special topic sessions on Oracle Cloud Customer Connect, reaching thousands of users and partners globally- Deliver briefings to press and analysts to articulate Oracle's talent engagement solutions to market thought leaders- Deliver product demonstrations and feature overview presentations for strategic customer engagements- Support thousands of sellers and partners worldwide for questions, requirement solutioning, sales mechanics, program support & more- Develop competitive intelligence profiles and deliver targeted enablement to address specific market demands and product differentiators
