Our dedicated mobile teams of employment consultants serve the greater Auckland area from our North Shore, South Auckland and Papakura Hubs providing support from Pokeno to the Far North.My role includes although not limited to; - Youth Specialist, engaging with early school leavers whom are not in education or employment and assisting with career pathways and job readiness tailored sessions. - Building mutually beneficial relationships with employers, Registered Training Organisations and Apprentice Centres.- Developing links and negotiate employment options for Ember jobseekers with local employers. - Work with training organisations and employers to co-ordinate opportunities. - Developing strategies and linkages to maximise cohort employment pathways; including but not limited to Maori and culturally and linguistically employment pathways- Attending careers and other networking events to promote Ember Korowai Takitini. - Canvassing not-for-profit organisations and other agencies to identify a combined referral process.- Representing Ember Korowai Takitini at meetings and forums and actively promote services through stakeholder engagement and local community events.- Engage, mentor and support jobseekers through the employment pathway.
