Essentially, I'm a storyteller. I listen to my business partners, to hear their stories. I ask them what a job well done would look like. I consult with them to determine if training is the best way to tell their story or if there is another solution that would speak louder. If training is the best solution, I collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to give voice to the story. Telling the story - creating word pictures to help others learn and grow - is one of my passions. I lead the project, anticipating the unexpected, evaluating risks, recommending options with one goal in mind - not just to hear, "job well done", but to be able to show we accomplished it. Designing with the end in mind and being able to show the value to my business partners is key.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, I led a group of 20 team members, who serviced our customers via phone, correspondence and claim processing in a call center. Our team also included three quality analysts. I led this team of extremely tenured employees through a major change that required our team to stretch and grow to accommodate new customers and greatly increased product offerings.This was a huge culture shift from being a team dedicated to one customer. I fostered opportunities for growth and development, and collaborated with each team member to ensure they received the coaching and mentoring needed to be successful.
