It's 2023 and our BRIDGES3 program is in full swing! We have 22 future leaders (senior accountant level) in this personal leadership program and they are ready to get started! This program is 12-months in length with 10 sessions focusing on the best of personal and leadership development. More Exciting News - In 2022 we launched our fifth advanced leadership program called Building Leaders. (BL5) This is an 18-month long program with over 25 different activities for individuals at the manager and senior manager level. Our BL5 group are currently working on their final project, in which they have six months to complete and then present to leadership. These projects always have a valuable impact to the Firm. BL5 graduation is right around the corner!In 2023, our New Manager training called PATHWAYS3 kicked off with a large group of new leaders to Blue. We strive to put the best tools in our leaders hands. In 2023, we have a new Coach Learning Track, Coaches Corner website, Coffee with Coaches monthly meetings, and a new Coach Resource Guide. In 2023, we also launched ULEAD, a leadership development program for experienced managers, and the Administrative Excellence program for our talented office support teams. These individuals are vital to Blue's success!
