Looking back, it feels like a different lifetime altogether.Through the practice of meditation, I began the process of rewiring my brain and body, gradually breaking free from the destructive patterns that had consumed me. This ancient technique opened my eyes to a world of inner peace, self-discovery, and profound healing. It became a steadfast companion on my quest for a balanced mental and emotional life.As my journey progressed, I delved deeper into various modalities that complemented my meditation practice. One of the tools that had a profound impact on me was the responsible and intentional use of psychedelic medicine.
