Director of Operations at Royal Educare.I am a Health and Social Care Management graduate from the University of South Wales with a first class honours. I have vast experience working in the sector from a young age working within childrens residential care, I volunteered with children with Special Educational Needs whilst in education myself and still volunteer for the same charity run organisation now (Y Bont) where I organise yearly family fun days. Outside of work I have a young family and 2 young children who keep me busy during my downtime. I enjoy meeting great candidates day in day out and placing them with only top clients. We help Children Services, Nursing Homes, Care Homes and charities among many other organisations placing qualified and leading candidates on temp to perm and temporary placements.
