- Credit manager: export finance of large corporates and middle market- Portfolio of clients containing biggest and most successful Czech corporations- Preparation and analyses of documents for risk department, i.e.: appraisal of financial statemens and forecasts of companies, cash-flow and paymnet conditions of transactions, rentability of business, supplyers structure, FX risk and hedging;- Controlling of fulfillment of conditions from loan agreements, export contracts and other documents and agreements (mostly in English);- Cooperation on drafting of export contracts with focus on payment conditions, cash-flow, bank guarantees, contract risks, foreign country risks and other conditions;- Construction of non-standard export finance structures, buyer’s credits, bank to bank loans, forfaiting, supplier's credit etc.- Drafting of term sheets, collecting of documents for risk analyzes, preparation and finalization of a loan documentation- Cooperation on development and optimization of new products, methods and processes;- Representing the Czech Export Bank on official business missions- Application of OECD consensus and Sustainable Lending Policy recommendations in export finance- Close cooperation with EGAP and other providers of insurance, control of fulfillment of conditions from insurance contracts.
