Operations Administrative Assistant
Current• Support and assist both District Chiefs of Operation including calendar management. • Project/Program coordination with other employees or work teams.• Event planning for catered meetings, holiday parties, and banquet. • Create and maintain an onboarding plan using project management software. • Manage workflow of documents, records, schedules, and logistics for executive staff.• Developed and implemented a system for tracking, ordering, and managing office supplies.• Maintains information and documentation stored on assigned sections of the District’s intranet platform.
