CurrentMaintain office calendar to coordinated work flow and meetings. Interact with clients, vendors and visitors. Create and modify documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters and financial statements using Word Processing, Excel and MS Powerpoint. Research, price and maintain purchases for office furniture, equipment and supplies. Prepare correspondence letters containing routine inquiries. Manage and coordinate meetings and conferences for the management team. Assist Human Resources staff with application review, phone screens and payroll as needed.
